3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website or authorized retailers must be paid in full at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Any shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30‑day return policy on PurionBreeze air purifiers under the following conditions:

Product must be in original condition and packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days after inspection.

Digital products, downloadable guides, or custom services are non‑refundable.

6. Warranty

PurionBreeze air purifiers include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse
Unauthorized repairs
Normal wear and tear
Environmental damage (water, smoke, etc.)

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and product photos.
